Programs and Events

Each Labeled & Loved program, retreat, event, conference, or workshop may have its own cancellation and refund policy based on factors such as venue commitments, materials, staffing, and other costs.

The refund and cancellation terms for each program will be clearly communicated during registration and will govern that specific purchase.

Membership

Labeled & Loved Membership is subject to its own Membership Terms & Conditions.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future renewals, and membership benefits will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.

Merchandise

If merchandise is offered through our website, return and refund eligibility will be described at the time of purchase.

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Donations

Charitable donations made to Labeled & Loved are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Program Cancellations by Labeled & Loved

If Labeled & Loved cancels a program or event, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Any refunds, credits, or transfer options will be communicated based on the circumstances of the cancellation and the specific program.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required before the refund appears on your account.
